What is a "Kustom Krown"

A customized wig unit, specifically tailored to fit your head like a crown. You Supply the hair or you may purchase HK Extensions where the bundles and closure/frontal are made into a 'Krown' . For any customizations, please visit our "services & booking" page to book the specific service.
What do you mean by customization?

Tailoring a unit to fit the customer personally. Bleaching and plucking the hairline to mimick the customers real hair line.
What makes HK Raw Extensions different?

If cared for properly, HK Raw hair will last you 4-5 years (up to 10 years). You can bleach the hair to a 613 color, Hot iron it, and even perm our extensions!!! Our full & voluminous hair can be handmade into a Kustom Krown unit, upon request. Our extensions will have you looking amazing & feeling EVEN better!!!
How do I take care of my HK Raw Extensions?
- Treat HK Raw Extensions as you would your real hair.
- Wash lace thoroughly after each time you wear your unit, remove ALL glue,dirt, & debris
- Co-wash when dry, Wash routine every few wears
- Moisturize, moisturize, MOISTURIZE with hair oils & leave in conditioners for a softer feel.
- We recommend using high quality products on your hair, you will see a big difference!

Do I need HK extensions to be serviced? Who do you service?

NO, You do not need HK Hair Extensions to be serviced by us. We service ANYONE who can follow our booking rules accordingly.
How does the lifetime warranty work?

Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, we offer guaranteed cooperation to fix any issues that may arise on our behalf for ALL UNITS. Some examples of such are damaged materials, loose thread etc;
Can I get a full refund?

No. Hair khroniclez does not issue refunds nor exchanges. Depending on the problem, we are willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction and return to our products and services.
What's the difference between a 13x4 frontal & a 5x5 closure?

The size, cost & versatility.
Where is your main office?

We are under construction but we have a work area. Also we offer in home appointments for a fee of 10$ !!!
